Julie Strain

With credits on more than 90 movies and videotapes, Julie Strain has been called "Queen of the B Movies" by Premiere Magazine and others. This six foot, one inch, statuesque actress has been Penthouse "Pet of the Year" and stars as Judge Julie on Playboy TV's Sex Court. She has appeared in fashion publications from Vogue to Cosmopolitan, has been photographed by Helmut Newton and even teaches a fine art and photography class at U.C.L.A. She is currently the lead character in Columbia/Tri-Star's animated feature, Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.2. Her latest book entitled "Six Foot One and Worth The Climb" is an illustrated autobiography.

Harry Knowles

Harry has a cameo in "No Pain, No Gain" as a not-so-kind film critic at the L.A. party scene. Movie geek extraordinaire, Harry Knowles is the creator of the studio-scooping movie news "Ain't It Cool" website. The site is dedicated to exhaustive movie news, from the sale of a script to a film's release. Knowles's film knowledge and iconoclastic opinions are pervasive and have frequently brought him into conflict with the Hollywood powers that be.

Jill Mills

The world's strongest woman makes a special cameo appearance in "No Pain, No Gain" where she portrays an over-the-top powerlifter and bodybuilding competition judge in several memorable scenes, including one that demonstrates her immense strength and ability to "motivate" a less than enthusiastic training partner. Seen frequently on ESPN, the 30-year-old, 5'-3 1/2'", 170 lb. Mills is a two-time winner at the "Worlds Strongest Women" and was undefeated in 22 strength competitions. For Mills, who can squat 518 lbs., bench press 325 lbs. and deadlift 523 lbs., the cameo marks her first appearance on film.

Emeric Delczeg

Delczeg appearing as himself in the film delivers "No Pain, No Gain" advice to Mike Zorillo in the Mekka Gym. The 50-year-old IFBB pro bodybuilder, Delczeg, hails from Romania and has competed in the Mister Olympia Masters several times and placed in the Top 10 three times. Delczeg is the owner of the innovative sports nutrition company Fitness Enterprises.

Carmen Garcia

Popular fitness and swimsuit model Carmen Garcia has graced the covers of countless magazines, including Musclemag, Ironman, Planet Muscle, Muscular Development, Allure and Low Rider. She has also appeared on television shows such as "Silk Stockings" on the USA Network, in commercials for Miller Beer and others and in several music videos including one for Sugar Ray. Born in Havana and raised in Miami, she is also a personal trainer, accomplished photographer and clothing designer.

Rob Morton

Teen bodybuilding sensation Rob Morton appears in several scenes in "No Pain, No Gain" as the "trophy boy" of APN president Crystal Rivers. The 5'3, 160 lbs., 7% bodyfat Morton gets down to 3% bodyfat for competitions. He is proudly an all-natural bodybuilder and has won first place for teens at the California Bodybuilding Competition in 2001 and 2002, Musclemania World in 2002, and Mister Teen California in 2001.

Lauren Powers

An "All American Amazon," Lauren Powers is a champion bodybuilder, wrestler and and former firefighter. Born and raised in Southern California, she graduating Valedictorian from Huntington Beach High School and earned a business degree from the University of Hawaii. Lauren has won many bodybuilding competitions, including the 2002 California State Championships and the 2003 Orange County Classic. Lauren has appeared on the "Jenny Jones Show" and many other sports-related shows on Fox, NBC, HBO and BBC. She has appeared in music videos, including one for Bob Seger, and in numerous magazines, such as Muscle & Fitness, Flex, and Muscle Elegance. Joe "King" Carasco

The King has two cameo scenes in "No Pain, No Gain," the most notable being in the L.A. party scene where he portrays an irate guru. In 1995 MCA Records released a compilation CD of Joe's music. Joe "King" Carasco's hit song "Party Weekend" is still known as the quintessential party anthem and was re-released by MTV as Party Christmas. Joe has performed on "Saturday Night Live" and interviewed in "Rolling Stone." In 1999 Joe released his latest album "Hot Sun" which has received tons of air play. Several of the songs from this album were used in the the movie "Borderland."

Toni Ferrari

Chicago-based personal trainer and fitness model, Ferrari appeared on FOX's popular summer reality series "Paradise Hotel" and on FOX's "Love Cruise: The Maiden Voyage." The straight-talking Ferrari shocked and amazed audiences week after week with her no-nonsense "in-your-face" attitude. In "No Pain, No Gain" she plays a loud reality TV show contestant.
